    Hi Lindsey,

I wanted to share with you an exciting new gluten-free restaurant called Vien that opened in the West Village. It’s like an Asian Chipotle and completely gluten-free! Everyone at work is crazy about it! Check out their menu on their website – http://www.vienrestaurant.com The food is delicious and their concept is extremely thoughtful – upon ordering they ask you if you have any food allergies, I love this touch! It’s located on 220 Varick Street and they’ve had a line out their door since opening. It’s soooooo good! Everything is gluten-free, even their soy sauce. I think your gluten-free readers would definitely be interested to know about it!

    Cheers,
    Stephanie

Stephanie – thanks so much for sharing. This sounds absolutely delicious and I’ll have to try it out, hopefully within the next few weeks. Do you happen to work there?
